The charter is as as follows:
- All rules as laid out in The Saint Club apply. If you want to know what they are the rule book is available at a very reasonable price to club members.
- No subscribing auto forwarders or newsgroups to the list
- Send complaints to listmaster@fascicle.org
- No binaries, tnef, html chain letters or virus warnings
- Anything posted by the Club secretary is on topic by definition
- Anything relating to the immortal works is on topic
